Welcome to The Tidy Square (thetidysquare.com). By using this site or purchasing our digital products, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them in plain English on purpose.
Digital products: delivery
Our printable kits are digital downloads sold through our checkout partner, Payhip. Files are delivered instantly after payment — you'll receive a download link on screen and by email. No physical product is shipped. If your download link ever fails, email hello@thetidysquare.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
Digital products: license
Purchases include a personal-use license: print as many copies as you like, for your own home, forever. You may not resell, redistribute, share the files, or use them commercially (including print-on-demand or resale platforms). The free printables on this site carry the same personal-use license — share the page link, not the files.
Digital products: refunds
Because digital files can't be returned, all sales are final. That said, we stand behind the products: if something prints incorrectly, a file is missing, or the product genuinely isn't as described, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right — including a refund where that's the fair outcome.
Content on this site
Our guides are provided for general informational purposes. We test our reasoning and vet our product picks carefully, but your home, walls, landlord, and lease are your own — check weight limits, building rules, and product instructions before installing anything. The Tidy Square is not liable for damages arising from use of the information here.

How we handle your data (including newsletter signups) is covered in our privacy policy. Payments are processed by Payhip and PayPal — we never see or store your payment details.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes to shop policies will never apply retroactively to a purchase you've already made.
